It has large decks to enjoy the magnificent views of the ocean on one side and the sound (marsh) on the other. Sunsets from these view points are breathtaking.

All additional four bedrooms are located on the first floor. Bedroom One has a double and a single bed. Bedroom Two has a queen bed. Bedroom Three has two double beds, and Bedroom Four has a queen bed and a single bed.

Kings Lynn Inn has a new roof, new siding, new decking, new windows and doors, new paneling, new ceramic tile in all common areas, new carpeting in all bedrooms, new appliances, new artwork, and ceiling fans in every room. This is truly a "home away from home"!
